Please note when you order dyed to order yarns that the time period is 2 to 4 weeks but we are running at 4 weeks right now due to demand. Colors are dyed in sequence by the date of purchase. Thanks for understanding.

When making your yarn base and color selections, please be aware that the same exact dye recipe will vary on different yarn bases. This color difference is most notable in silk/merino blends like Odara when compared to a straight superwash merino like Enya, Pali or Marrakesh. Silk blends like Odara take color beautifully and always look stunning, they simply take the dyes differently.

Also, please note that if you are purchasing pre-order yarns AND in-stock yarns at the same time, please do so in separate orders if you wish to recieve the in-stock yarns right away. If you combine them into a single order, we will hold the in-stock portion to ship with the pre-order portion which could take up to 4 weeks. Please also note that we will no longer be able to combine for free shipping on in-stock and pre-orders made separately as it effectively doubles our shipping costs to do so i.e we have to ship twice for free.
